In the middle of mighty mountains and white-clad peaks in Hemsedal, lies a beautiful holiday home where Vyrk has delivered surfaces and interior solutions that highlight both the architecture and the surroundings.
The Eikås cabin is a good example of how the choice of materials and colour treatment can be used to create unity, warmth and character in a modern mountain home.
For this project, Vyrk has supplied both finished panelling and moulding, with a muted colour palette that blends seamlessly into the natural look. The result is a cabin with a calm atmosphere, where the wood is allowed to shine without dominating – and where the quality is noticeable in every detail.
This project shows how tailor-made solutions from Vyrk can elevate a private cabin project into something completely unique.
