Vyrk has a company profile that appeals to me with local production of sustainable and wood-based building materials in the part of the value chain where I feel most at home in. We have long-term owners with growth ambitions, and the strategy Vyrk has set for the next few years is resilient.

I am proud – and not least humbled by the opportunity I have now been given, and will do my very best to succeed together with the good team I am now part of.

Vyrk is very happy and proud to have Runar on the team.

Runar’s experience and expertise from the industry will contribute positively to our growth potential. It is important for Vyrk to bring in a committed leader with good experience from the industry to run the production areas, and contribute to our great investment, says Vyrk-founder Steinar Lyseng.

Vyrk has high goals for growth in the coming years, and focuses heavily on environmentally friendly production of finished interior and exterior panels, linear rib elements, veneered panels and glass walls. Vyrk currently has 4 factories spread across Innlandet and can now deliver complete interior solutions for both public and private buildings.

In 2021, Vyrk had a turnover of around NOK 130 million, the potential is large and the goal is a turnover of NOK 300 million over a three-year period.
